Before you apply
Who can become a supplier?
Registered businesses that hold their own stock: manufacturers, wholesalers, distributors and brands. You'll need a business license or registration document to apply.
Does it cost anything?
No. There are no fees to join and no listing fees. You set your wholesale price, and that's what you're paid for every delivered item.
How do I add my products?
From your supplier dashboard, connect a product feed — a CSV or XML file link, or an API — and it stays in sync automatically. You can also upload a file by hand.
How do orders reach me?
Each order appears in your supplier dashboard with the customer's delivery address and a packing slip. You ship it and add the tracking number.
What packaging do you need?
Neutral packaging: no invoices, price tags or promotional material for other stores in the box. Use the packing slip from your dashboard.
When do I get paid?
You earn your wholesale price for each item once it's delivered. Payouts and their status are shown in your supplier dashboard.
